We are very grateful for such a good evaluation. Naturally, we are in the middle of a national park and it is inevitable that we will have some type of insect that sneaks in through an open window, which is why we do not allow eating or drinking in the rooms. It is an issue that is easily controlled.

Perfect location, just in front of the ferry port, but still quiet and no noisy. Hotel had very good condition, everything is as expected. Front desk had free tea and coffee whold day long. Restaurant had $1 for soft ice cream, but which is not as good as the one on multiple market. Room is big enough and bed is good. Not luxury but comfortable and convenience. The town is very small, everywhere is in walking distance. airport is also only 15 minutes walking. Taxi is $1/p.p shared, or $5/p.car from airport to hotel, but $3/p.car from hotel to airport. Highly recommended. Only thing I don't like is that they won't be able to be charged by Expedia, but via a 3rd party link, which make us feeling uncomfortable of the transaction safety. Sea lion is the major residence here.

On the water front !!
Beautiful views of the San Cristobal harbour, super close to all the shops and Restaurants and you can even hear the sea lions playing in the water

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Grossräumige Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Für geräuschempfundliche Schläfer nicht so geeignet, da aufgrund der zentralen Lage durch Passanten Lärm entsteht und auch die Seelöwen sind nicht immer ruhig.

Great view of the harbour. There was a comical, loud barking sea lion in the harbour that we could hear from the room. The hotel has a nice cafe that provides a good breakfast. Location is great for getting to the pier for the ferry or for water taxis to do boat tours.

Não há esperando um bom café da manhã
Minha estadia foi dentro do esperado, apenas o café da manhã que esperava ser melhor. Era tipo americano. Eram poucas frutas, que eram trazidas já dentro do potinho. Vinham três fatias de pão bem fininhas, um pouco de omelete, MEIA fatia de muçarela (isso mesmo, meia) e um pequeno pedaço de bacon. Na ilha tem padarias com pães bem gostosos....passamos a comprar para complementar nosso café da manhã.

Know Spanish. It will help you converse with the staff. WIFI is sketchy and even with internet service, googletranslate wouldn't load. They did offer cheap and quick laundry services which was nice. There is no staff in evenings or overnight which was not convenient when we had a large rainfall and water came into our room in buckets through the wall. Nice location.

The hotel is very well located, with friendly, efficient staff who are very attentive. The facility is clean, well maintained, and convenient. It’s located next to a small cafe with an excellent breakfast and snacks. The freshly prepared juices are a delight. The hotel experience was wonderful. We plan to return.

This was an excellent hotel in the heart of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. We were just steps from the waterfront and were able to enjoy breakfast in view of the harbor each morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were more than comfortable for our purposes. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the extra security of having the front door locked at night. Only guests had the key to unlock the front door at night, so that was a nice built in safety for guests. Overall, it was very attractive, comfortable, secure, and in a great location. It was the best stay of our trip! We would most definitely stay here again!

Nice place overlooking the ocean. Great location near restaurants and the piers. Only suggestion is that their checkout times are too early (10am!!).
