"Hotel itself is basic but fine. Staff are friendly but hotel is poorly run. We paid for a room with a city view and balcony. Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!).
