"Nice room, very friendly staff and everything ran smoothly"

"I got to the hotel quite early but the staff let me use the facilities and there is a place to store your bags and my room was ready about an hour early. Staff were very helpful. I had all inclusive and the food was buffet style with a lot of choices and was very nice. Check out was at 12 which was a nice change with not having to rush out. I didn't get the best of weather so didn't get to use the pool, only thing I would say it's not the biggest pool for the amount of guests the hotel holds. All in all a very nice stay at a very reasonable price."

"Reception staff are excellent. After that it’s downhill. Food is terrible! Not fresh, highly processed and dining area has school canteen vibes. The cleaner would enter our apartment early morning (often before 9am) and ignore requests that we did not want to be disturbed. And her cleaning skills are lacking at the best of times. Entire place needs attention. Two others had lots of cockroaches in their apartments but we were lucky to avoid unwanted guests. "

"Hotel Fariones — A Hotel That Truly Exceeds Expectations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is genuinely rare for a hotel to exceed expectations. Fariones does, and then some. Harriet and Simran in guest relations are an absolute credit to this hotel. Warm, thoughtful and effortlessly professional, they set the tone for the whole stay and we are so grateful for everything they did. The bar and restaurant staff are fabulous, the kind of team that make you feel genuinely welcome rather than just catered for. And the chef’s table — well. The generosity was extraordinary and quite unexpected. We loved every moment of it. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Immaculately so. Every surface, every corner, every detail tended to with obvious care and pride. The housekeeping team are an absolute delight and deserve every bit of recognition going. We loved the live music, really loved it. The drink prices are refreshingly reasonable for a five star property, and I have to give a special mention to the in-house shampoo and conditioner, which I thought were just beautiful. Small details like that matter and it shows real thoughtfulness. A few things worth mentioning for the team to consider: more handrails in the bathrooms, hallways and on the way up to the beach bar would make a real difference for many guests. There was no bidet in the bathroom which genuinely surprised me, as it tends to be standard in Spanish hotels at this level. Drinks cannot currently be ordered through the room service app."

"The reception and pool areas were good the room was ok, a bit battered and outdated but did us for 4 nights. First time ive had to pay a deposit for a tv remote and also had to pay to hire a hairdryer "
