“If you’re debating staying here just book it! We spent one week here and it was incredible. We stayed in the junior king suite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the Main Street in la Punta but away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Eric made us coffee and breakfast every morning-delicious. Didn’t even have to leave the property. I messaged the front desk in the lobby and they responded in seconds. I wouldn’t stay any where else....

“The front desk staff are amazing. It's a well kept property, with an epic rooftop restaurant, patio and pool. Great for sunsets and also daytime shade. Right on the beach for easy access, and they have palapas to relax under. The downside was they play loud music on the beach most of the day. La Punta is a busy place, so lots of music at night everywhere.”

“We could see the ocean, but, you could not swim from this beach. Undertow was very strong. This was just a hotel room, it could have been better with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The room was cleaned daily”

“I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out. I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge. What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account...
