Staff was rude, no hot water, food was scarce and whatever was there was gross, bathrooms were covered in black nasty stuff. Place was filthy and staff kept using the excuse that they stopped caring because they would close in May. Very disappointed and worst place I have ever stayed at. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The property was awful. The staff was rude and we constantly had to go out of our way for simple things like water. The drinks are served in the SMALLEST cups I’ve ever seen so each drink is basically a shot. The property is dirty and the food is disgusting. There is a small little truck that drives you to the beach but doesn’t always come back so be prepared to walk. They have Italian and Mexican food on alternating nights though it is sold as if there are multiple restaurants. The food is just awful.

Our flight was cancelled so we couldn't get there till next day. They gave our rooms away. The rooms they gave us were horrible. My friend's the air conditioner dripped on floor, no hot water in shower also tv didn't work. Mine the tv didn't work, the light above sink didn't work, not enough water pressure to wash my hair and the bathtub was peeling paint. Also a rooster in next yard crowed all night. After complaining our new rooms the next day weren't much better. Mine had no phone, alarm clock and the beds were hard with lumpy pillows. The place was run down. The mini bar they advertised was a rusted mini fridge with 2 bottles of water and did not have shuttle service to/from airport that was also advertised. This was the most horrible place i ever stayed. The only good thing about it was 2 bartenders that were fun. They made this trip not a complete loss.

Our flight was delayed a day they gave our rooms away, the first rooms they gave us my friend's air conditioner dripped on floor, didn't have hot water & tv didn't work, mine the shower didn't have enough water pressure to wash my hair, the paint on tub was peeling, the light above mirror didn't work, my tv didn't work, the beds were hard with lumpy pillows & a rooster crowed all night. Different rooms next day but not much better. The place was run down, the mini bar was a rusted mini fridge with 2 bottles of water & there is no shuttle service that they advertised. This was the WORST place I've ever been! Oh & no phone or alarm clock either, my bottom legs are all bit up so probably had bed bugs or flees.

Todo muy bien para ser un hotel 3 estrellas, la estadía y la atención de los empleados fue excelente, solo a las habitaciones hay que darle un poco más de comodidad, las camas hay que cambiarlas o repararlas. gracias.

Properly shall be closed and renovated. True potentials to be a great family resort, but obviously management is not caring. i was checked in to a room with hair all over the place, a dead bug on the window sill, the faucet on bathroom sink with toothpast and spit all over, a boxed TV, no lugagge cart and hangers from prior guest. I called the front desk and the lady who answered the phone was not very customer service oriented, she was chewing while talking to me. i was then moved to a different room (yes paid additional money for the upsell) which was bigger and had a plasma tv 1 king bed (it was 3 of us), old and dingy furniture. i was offered an additional bed which was delivered by two very nice house person, but my son refused to sleep in that bed. the base was corroted and the mattress was extremely dirty. the towel rod was held with black electric tape, a huge leak under the sink that was never fixed during my 3 night stay. my mirrors were never wiped down (they were already dirty from prior guest), the phone did not work. I couldn't do much because I was the for medical reasons. never used any of the resort amenities.

The property is old and run down The villas are disgusting The food was less then desirable Too many locals from Thursday to Monday on resort which leaves the food Being local for those days No towels or facecloths in rooms and when you did get towels they picked them up at 7 am and you were lucky to have back by 5pm I can keep going if you like but would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy
