"Staff was friendly. Rooms were not well cleaned, especially the bathrooms. Towels were dingy and needing replacement. Overall main areas of building were ok, but just not well maintained or cleaned otherwise. Airport shuttle was nice but expensive for a short trip. The driver was very friendly. We would not stay here again, even for a short stayover."

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so so so lovely! 10/10 recommend - we also went for a delicious dinner down the street at Ke Nikko Bar & Restaurant - best ribs I’ve ever had, great dinner spot if you’re looking for somewhere"

"Property is great and pool is amazing! It’s about an hour and a half outside of Puerto Princessa, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the service at the restaurant. It takes forever to order and get your food. For example, it was not unusual for us to wait 30-40 mins to get our drinks and then another hour to get food. Because there are no other options on the property, you have to wait. We ended up eating at the resort next door and it was absolutely amazing service and food. Also, we were assured all the water is purified, however, my whole family got sick from drinking the water they provide in their glass refillable bottles. I am not convinced the water was purified enough for our North America stomachs to handle. Overall, I would say the resort is lovely and the staff are helpful. They just need to improve on the restaurant service and I would suggest working on their purification system if they aren’t going to provide sealed bottled water to guests."
