Phenomenal customer service. Extremely clean rooms. Bed was comfy, pillows were nice. Breakfast was good, fresh pancakes and and made-to-order eggs were great. Property needs more maintenance, the rooms show their age, however they are immaculately clean rooms.

The Aziza’s staff members are amazing! They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient when answering guests’ questions. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the pancakes and the egg station. The pancake art was absolutely impressive—the cartoon characters were recreated so accurately. The staff member who makes them is a truly creative artist! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
