“Beautiful place, very clean at lovely location and most importantly host (Vit) was super helpful. He proactively connect and ensured everything was smooth. Definitely recommended.”

“Communication was terrible no coffee in the room floor was dirty no internet password we asked multiple times only 3 towels for the the two weeks stay for 3 people no extra linens they send a cleaning crew they used a swiffer to sweep and didn’t clean good we found a broom and swept the floor and more garbage came out very disappointing when we asked for extra towels they said that it’s not a hotel they should rename the nightmare Italy”

“Nähe Bahnhof Toilettensitz muss richtig befestigt werden ansonsten Wohnung mit Dachterasse mit einem Schlafzimmer mit großem Fernseher und einem seperten Bad. Der anderere Raum mit Kuehlschrank, kleine Kuechenzeile, Esstisch mit 4 Stuehlen und einer Badewanne im Raum, alles klimatisiert”

“ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...
