Ottima struttura, ben organizzata e dotata di due piscine con lettini. Camere ampie e confortevoli! Colazione discreta, allungherei l’orario per usufruirne entro le ore 9 è troppo presto per chi è in vacanza, almeno fino alle 10.

O pessoal do hotel não era muito agradável. Já os jovens da Futura Club eram simpáticos. A menina do bar era excelente. Num dos dias pedimos uma saca rolhas e ela emprestou o dela (tirou da sua bolsa). Noutra ocasião (2 dias após) pedimos na recepção se nos podiam emprestar um saca rolhas e o gerente disse para irmos ao salão de refeições, após esperarmos cerca de 5 minutos disseram que não tinham, porque a rapariga do bar estava de folga, 1 minuto antes vi uma garrafa aberta com um dos empregados a ir para uma mesa. Além disso o pequeno almoço era limitado. Só tinha croissant, pão branco e um outro bolo, iogurte, fruta (maça,pêras e laranjas) e máquinas com sumo e de bebidas quentes, ovos mexidos e bacon (mal cozinhado). Não havia esforço por uma apresentação e atendimento de qualidade.

Tanta gentilezza e buone potenzialità

Abbiamo soggiornato a giugno 2019, in pernottamento e prima colazione, utilizzandolo come base per visitare le splendide spiagge dei dintorni. La struttura ha buone potenzialità, con le camere diffuse nel giardino, semplice ma curato. La nostra camera garden era abbastanza spaziosa, bagno ampio con cabina doccia ben funzionante. Climatizzatore autonomo perfettamente efficiente. Un po’ di odore di muffa in camera. Patio attrezzato con poltrone, tavolo e stendibiancheria. Alcuni piccoli inconvenienti sono stati risolti con gentilezza dal personale della reception e dal direttore. Colazione con cornetti, crostata, dolci vari, frutta, creme e marmellate con dispenser. Succhi, acqua e bevande dai distributori. Superiore alla media il caffè espresso della macchinetta, ma con i chicchi appena macinati. Mi sento di consigliarlo per chi come noi utilizza l’albergo solo come base, poi serve un’auto per spostarsi.

Séjour très décevant, hôtel pas recommandé!

Nous avions réservé pour 12 nuits et quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, le directeur nous a annoncé que l'hôtel était fermé (alors que nous avions reçu la confirmation que le séjour était accepté et payé dans sa totalité). Le directeur nous a dit qu'il allait nous trouver un autre hôtel et qu'il lui fallait juste 5 min, le temps de passer un appel. Nous avons attendu 1 heure! Là il nous a été dit qu'il allait quand même ouvrir l'hôtel pour nous pour 2 nuits et ensuite nous pourrons rejoindre un autre établissement avec qui il avait pu avoir un arrangement pour le reste de notre séjour. Le matin de la 2ème nuit le directeur nous dit au petit-déjeuner que si on voulait rester pour la suite de notre séjour c'était possible! Nous décidons de nous rendre dans l'autre hôtel et au vu de l'accueil et de la chambre proposée nous décidons de ne pas rester au Rocca Dorada ! En effet, durant ces deux nuits au Rocca Dorada, nous devions demander chaque matin à avoir de l'eau chaude pour prendre une douche, nous avons eu froid, la chambre était petite pour 3 personnes comparé à ce qui était vendu lors de la réservation. Un lit bébé nous a été prêté mais il a fallu attendre 21h00 le 1er soir afin d’obtenir des draps pour ce lit, pas de Wifi dans la chambre, TV non fonctionnelle,.. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet établissement. C’est la 1ere fois que cela nous arrive d’être très mécontent d’un hôtel réservé sur hotel.com (10 ans d’utilisation du site, à raison d'une fois par année) !

Lovely hotel with beautiful beach

Great hotel excellent location only had breakfast at hotel which was continental with a good variety of choice. Car needed to get around to restaurants and other beaches etc.All staff very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Hotel was very clean rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. Would highly recommend

Privatstunde ansonsten nichts Besonderes

Waren für drei Nächte hier. Plus: Privatstrand mit eigenem Shuttle. Minus: Frühstück nur im Innenraum und ohne frisches Obst. Im Google Maps ist das Hotel von der Lage falsch dargestellt. Es liegt an der Strasse mit einem grossen Garten. Es hat nur einen Swimmingpool.

Ruhiges Hotel mit wunderschönem Privatstrand

Die Anlage ist recht weitläufig am Hang gebaut, ein Shuttleservice bringt die Gäste zum traumhaften Privatstrand! Hier stehen kostenlose Kayaks zurVerfügung. Sehr klares Wasser, super zum Schnorcheln. Personal sehr freundlich, der Busfahrer war super! Wir würden nochmal kommen. 😎

Un bellissimo soggiorno

tutto bello, una esperienza davvero gradevole. i servizi dell'hotel sono ottimi e il personale estrememente gentile e gradevole. si ha tutto a disposizione, le navette per i mini appartamenti, la piscina, l'accesso in spiaggia con ombrelloni e navetta. l'animazione (mai invadente). una vacanza davvero rilassante. grazie

Albergo dignitoso posto a 50 metri dalla Statale. Piscina con orario d'ufficio chiusa nelle ore più calde della giornata quando si desidererebbe rifugiarsi in hotel per sfuggire al caldo. Quantità delle stelle assegnate: generosa!

Camping en dur mais pas un hôtel

Établissement qui n'est pas un 4 étoiles. C'est un camping en dur. Tout est payant : transat, serviette, douche et toilettes sur la plage...du grand n'importe quoi. Pas d'animation du tout. Pas de navette pour le centre ville. Voiture obligatoire. Lorenza est la seule qui essaie de sauver les meubles
