"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. But overall I wouldn't be staying here again should I visit the...

"All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. "Really amazing place. If you are up for a super relaxing stay, Ambong Pool Villas is a great option. Super helpful staff are reachable via WhatsApp all day to provide service and advice. You can choose meals in your villa or in the resort restaurant. The villas are meticulously cleaned twice a day, including the pools (to remove leaves etc). The view of the surrounding environment from inside the villa is enhanced by huge windows that face the pool. Lots to observe, both flora and fauna....
