"The room was rather small but it was modern and clean. We enjoyed the location since there were many eateries in the neighborhood that we could walk to for dinner. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced with a good selection of Korean and Western foods. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome and friendliness that we experienced at other Korean hotels but the front desk was efficient and helpful with giving directions to a restaurant. "A very lovely traditional house with a long history. It’s so peaceful and quiet just sitting outside our room overlooking a river, living out of a K drama. The property is very well run by a descendent of the Ryu clan. The owner, Seunghwan is a young gentleman who speaks excellent English, hospitable and has eye for details. "We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The owner was lovely and very helpful, organizing taxis to take us to see all the sights we wanted to see. He welcomed us on arrival and waved us off as we left. I highly recommend staying at this house for a true Korean experience. "

"The place is beautiful, witht the book cafe and the cats that are really cute. The room was big and the bathroom was very cliean and spacious too. The staff is very helpful and they make great coffee, their breakfast was really nice too. The only downside was that, even though it is very close to the train/bus station, the town is quite far, and there us not much around.
