“Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.”

“No water in shower, Perilous steps to bathroom. Generic key to the room. Safe was non-functioning. no elevator to lobby on second floor”

“Very clean and staff was great. ”

“Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location.”

“The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. ”

“Excellent as always”

“Best hosts Good breakfast Good location to bus sur”

Gracias”

“Hotel is in a great location, however the hotel is very tired and needs work. Staff could not be more amazing. Extremely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast is basic.”

“Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.”

“The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. ”

“The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. ”
