"Ross and the team took great care of us. We loved our 2 private patios in the penthouse and the roof top mini pool. They were great about all our questions and there were awesome beach clubs near by and all the best food right around the corner. We had lots of space and felt very safe. My only recommendation would be to have more supplies in the kitchen and a little nicer bedding. But we were able to cook with what was provided. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"This property is a 10/10. When first arriving to Serenade, you are immediately greeted by the staff with open arms. It is clear the staff take pride in their work and despite the language barrier, do their very best to make your stay the most relaxing it can be. The check in time is at 3 pm but if you arrive early the staff keep your luggage in a locker room so you can tour the resort while you wait. The property is spotless. The rooms are spacious with a great AC System which is necessary considering the heat/humidity. The breakfast buffet is probably the highlight as far as food goes. So many options with the ability to go back for more. The restaurants are decent, portion sizes are small but still tasty. Overall, you cannot go wrong with choosing this resort. "
