“I reserved and they said that expedia booked the room but they didnt have availability. Terrible customer servuce. They took the payment without honoring the booking. We could not stay there”

“My two friends and I shared a ‘family condo’ unit right on the beach, near delicious restaurants like Vista Hermosa (meat, fish, and vegan options). It was beautiful, spacious, sleepy, and quiet. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room were large. The pool was warm and much larger than most hotel pools. Although the unit needed some minor repairs, it was impeccably clean. “Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....
