"What a little gem for those on passing through on the ferry or simply wanting to explore the area. The hotel is actually an old clock shop made into a hotel to make use of a space left empty, and it's not just a room but a whole flat - very spacious and decorated quirkily with lots of old clocks around. "Our room was spacious and clean. We even had an outside area to relax. The bed was very soft. We were charged for a breakfast that we did not intend on buying. (On hotels.com it said breakfast was an extra cost.) We did not think it was a good breakfast. The fruit had been cut a day or two before and was mushy. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."
