Stayed here for a few nights and mostly used it as a place to sleep. The hotel was pretty nice for the price. It had a B&B atmosphere to it. The room and the bathroom were fairly clean and comfortable. We felt very safe at this property. For shopping and dining, there's not much in the surrounding area which was the only downside. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. The property is located quite a ways from the main road, deep inside the jungle; however ‘going the extra mile’ is completely worth the experience. Had an incredible experience staying here and seeing it in person far exceeded what I expected from the photographs. The host was extremely helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so delicious and they have all the activities to book on sight making it a one stop shop. We really enjoyed our stay at 'Forest Edge Hotel'. The location is charming with nature and beautiful views all around (I think all rooms have access to a balcony). It's far away enough from the main road that you don't hear any traffic. They also have a lovely pool. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Stayed at Adventure Base Camp for a day of river rafting which was awesome. Great facility for the area. AC worked really well. Only issues are that the lower rooms in our building had some mold on the wall (but understandable due to the high humidity in the area) and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
