"The food was tremendous and the hotel so quaint, quiet, clean and tranquil. For the price on this region of the country this is a very special place! I hope I have the opportunity to visit again."

"Very nice property where you can enjoy the nature and animals. A swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were also available. We were lucky because only two rooms out of 5 were occupied."

"Beautiful property, meticulously maintained by Philippe and Patricia. The breakfasts were delicious with truffle omelette and fresh bread and pastries daily. Well situated to explore the best villages of the region. The couple had lots of dinner recommendations. Situated in a hamlet near Rousillon a short drive away."

"If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet and friendly stay than this is your place to be. Equipped with a rooftop terrace, you can gaze the sunset in the distance over the greenery sipping a nice glass of rose which the owners Jana et Jérôme gave us as a gift. A truly welcoming, peaceful and nice place. Thank you for everything, we will be back when possible!"

"The Chateau, grounds and amenities were amazing and very relaxing place to stay. The pool in particular is beautiful with great food and drink service throughout the day. The room was also well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The fitness room was also well equipped and modern.
We unfortunately had an as remarkably slow dinner at the La Source restaurant (joined by two younger children) with the main courses taking 2 hours to arrive from when we sat down. Thankfully the children’s food had come with starters about 40mins earlier. Sadly the gaps between courses is much too long for a more casual restaurant, which may be more acceptable in the formal haute French restaurant where likely not to take kids anyway. This really needs to be improved and streamlined with more kitchen staff hired and was a quite a disappointment in an otherwise good stay. I’d like to be clear the wait staff at La Source were excellent though and very friendly and helpful, although they were also asked to cover a lot of ground.
In conclusion, a great place to visit however not sure I would bring kids there again even on a stopover night."
"Excellent location and amazing team.
We were unable to
Use the pool
As it was full screaming kids and families. Not what we were looking for. But amazing for families"
"WE had room 46, which was to the back of the hotel. When we checked in, we were told that we would be able to park right outside the room, but when we walked round to the room, there were concrete blocks preventing us from leaving the road to park outside the room. So, we parked in the road whilst we emptied the car.
Downstairs was a seating area, and the toilet right off this area, which we thought a bit strange. If the toilet was used, then the consequences of the use would fill the seating area. The tea and coffee making area was also in the lounge area, but the strange thing is that there is no sink or water supply downstairs. So, to get water for the kettle, or to wash your hands after using the toilet,, you have to navigate the stairs, which are a little tight."
"Excellent in every way. Beautiful hotel at the most convenient location. Top notch rooms with plenty of space and best cleanliness. Food was really good with so many options. Huge shout out to the hotel staff. They were the most friendly and helpful people."
"Stayed for a week with family. Amazing location and ideally placed for trips into Aix and surrounding areas and about 30 minutes to nice beaches. Stayed in a basic but comfortable twin room. Window in the room is strange as if the blind is open people walking past can look straight in. Shower doesn’t have a door so water goes all over the floor. Beds are comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and a bedside table. Air conditioning was great even in 38 degree heat. There are no balconies in these rooms. Pool is lovely but there are only 16 sun loungers and guests are claiming these at 8am before going off to do other things. Some of these loungers are empty for hours and I witnessed arguments and towel throwing when other guests decided to occupy these empty loungers and the original guests returned. It is never clear which of the venues are open for food and drink and at what time. On a Friday and Saturday night some sort of private night club takes over one of the venues and everything else closes so you are unable to get anything to eat or drink. There is no vending machine so if you don’t want to go out there is absolutely nothing. You can get a takeaway delivered Food and drink, when you can get it, is good and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return but if the communication around bar/restaurant opening could improve and if the sun lounger situation could be sorted out, it would be even better."
"Beautiful property! The grounds were breathtaking and the newly remodeled rooms were stunning. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town which is quite doable."
