Room was roomy (3 ppl) and clean. Beds were comfy. The pool(s) were nice and fun (gotta get there early for a good chair). Check in was slow but the line was moving. Location is not good if you want to explore the strip. It’s at the end and everything is a long walk. Downside of room was the AC was limited and didn’t feel cool enough. The bathroom does not have a lock or a fan. The French doors to the bathroom have a gap wide enough to see into so not ideal for friend groups or families. Parking is expensive.

Ideal location, everything you need at the hotel with helpful staff. Also, very clean. Look forward to my next stay.

This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square—very accessible, clean, and the staff was helpful. Although I wasn’t there much since I was mostly out exploring, I had no issues during my stay. The only minor confusion was that there are two RIU hotels just a couple of blocks from each other, but that’s not a reflection on the hotel itself

The location was great. Times square at the corner.... No mini fridge though or ice machine.... Vintage style aesthetics. Shops next door and across street.

Great place to stay as you are within a short walk to everything!!! Will 100% return and stay again.
