The room is clean and very spacious. Location is convenient to major attractions and shopping. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!
