Our initial room felt quite old, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It appeared to be coming from another room, as the odour was even more intense in the corridor and near our door. Baohua Harbour View Hotel
International island but very few staff spoke any English. No internet access or WhatsApp connection. The hotel.com messages to the hotel from me, were unavailable to see when on site. Difficult to communicate to staff apart from phone translator!
