โGreat Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. โ

โWow, this boutique hotel really punches above it's weight. From confirmation of our reservation to our day of departure, we felt as though we were staying with family. Don't misread this; the staff are exceptionally professional but super friendly.
Nothing was ever too much, and advice on travel arrangements, to planning day trips was always freely available, but never pushy, and always provided with a warm and welcoming smile.
Ideally located for access to buses and within easy walkable...
โHotel Gombit has a great location, but, more that, the hotel room was spacious, with ample shower space, elegantly decorated, and with the most comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. It is a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and the fernicular. My husband and I had a wonderful time in the hotel and the enchanting town.โ
โThe room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening.
We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town.
Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isnโt a reception.
We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby.

โA quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. โ

โPerfect location. The owner, management and staff were sweet, kind, and helpful. Rooms were clean, and charming. Breakast buffet was outstanding. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat. โ
