The free breakfast and Kickback suppers are tasty although I wish they would offer whole grain and not just white bread. Beds are very comfortable. “The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”

“We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??”
“My room was large and peaceful and I had a gorgeous sunrise view. The Pool was pristine and my favorite place to be. Beautiful setup with comfy lounge chairs, fresh towels, excellent service with a fun drink and delicious food menu. The bed was comfy and cozy and the linens were crisp. I was close to an elevator and never heard a thing. The only thing I wished they had in the room was a microwave to reheat coffee and/or food. I will def be back. ”
