The motel is in a cold climate, which makes the door locks a little tough to use, and the private water has a slight odor. Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!"
