"Through no fault of the cleaning team, the room smelled like dog pee and there was dog poop in the entrance. This is on the owner(s) that were provided the benefit of a pet-friendly hotel. Upon arrival, a staff member was smoking right outside the entrance and that smell was wafting into the check-in area. And the guy that checked us in that evening said MAYBE three words to me. I don’t know…I did not expect luxury but I don’t think the 8.4 out of 10 on Expedia reflects how non-luxury it really is. Positive: it’s close to everything!"
