In suite laundry was super handy and they even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates when we arrived. A nice view of the mountains and close to the “downtown” with a Safeway and a Canadian Tire. A great place to stay if visiting Banff and the surrounding area."

"Great little boutique hotel at the top end of Banff avenue. Parking was spacious and convenient. Room was compact but well appointed. Hot pools are great for the kids. Housekeeping was inconsistent with timing but efficient. Hotel was quiet and the AC worked. Free Roam bus tickets were a nice touch. The breakfasts at the neigh outing Canoe (same owners) are excellent. "
