"En terminos generales el hostel está bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen tamaño, tiene suficiente espacio para estacionamiento y está ubicado en una zona segura y tranquila aunque un poco alejado de San Pedro de Atacama pero si se tiene un vehículo para transportarse esto no sería un problema, también rentan bicicletas para quienes quieren utilizar este medio de transporte. Hay que tener presente que algunos operadores de tours no prestan el servicio de recogida en este hotel por su ubicación pero hay otros que si lo ofrecen. Sería ideal contar con TV y nevera tipo minibar en las habitaciones. En las noches hace mucho frío en la zona y por lo tanto sería conveniente que tuvieran calentadores de espacio (nosotros solicitamos uno y nos fue prestado)"

"This is the perfect hotel for our Atacama desert trip which provides all we need and exceeds our expectations, even having a shoe brush and cloth in room. staffs are very friendly trying all they can to help us."

"A gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. We booked two rooms, and neither of them had heating, even though the outside temperature dropped to 2°C at night. In addition, the doors and windows were not properly sealed, making the rooms even colder. The next morning, for our second night’s stay, we requested either extra blankets or a space heater. His response was, “Well, this is not my hotel...” After some back and forth, we eventually received both blankets and a space heater at late afternoon. It appeared that the hotel did not have enough space heaters for all the rooms, which seemed to be the real reason the front desk staff was reluctant to provide one. Will not recommend to stay there."

"It's a beautiful hotel and staff is wonderful. The only downside was lack of heating (there is an aircon in the room but can be use only from 5 pm to 1 am and was not always available in these hours) and no water provided for travellers. In summary it's a good hotel but I think for the price more should be provided"

"Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed. The tents are spacious and beautiful inside, there is a shower and hot tub. Breakfast and dinner were included in the room price and it was delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I got a flat tire, but the hotel staff helped me put on the spare tire and took me to a repair shop where they patched the tire in 15 minutes! I’ll definitely be back!"

"Fantástico hotel. O quadro de funcionários é realmente excepcional. Apesar do ser um hotel de valor elevado, deve-se levar em consideração o que está incluído: ttansfer, passeios, estadia all inclusive, recursos humanos extremamente profissional, instalações excelentes. Não há rotina. A não ser que vc queira. As excursões são muito bem organizadas e os guias são muito bem preparados. O diferencial marcante: "staff" primoroso! Vale cada centavo."

"Everything about the 4 nights I spent at Lodge Quelana was wonderful. A beautiful oasis, nestled on the outskirts of San Pedro with a serene, tranquil vibe. Maria was a great host who couldn’t have done more for me. The perfect place to relax after enjoying what the local area has to offer. Would love to come back!"
