Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable rooms, however hardly any hot water lukewarm at best. Staff were attentive, would have been practical to know before booking that we couldn’t use the adjacent swimming pool at the Hilton without incurring an additional cost.

Good stay

Good hotel just a short water taxi ride away from Queenstown. The Airport and Frankton shopping are a walking distance away. Bike rental at the hotel. Buffet breakfast.

Great to be able to arrange an early check-in as we needed to be at the Earnslaw wharf for a Walter Peak cruise. Water taxi transport option was cheap and quick. Room was basic but functional. A bit more care with cleaning could be taken. Overall very enjoyable

I’ve had an amazing time! Especially the front desk was extra helpful and I was able to book myself in to the Hilton pool for one day next door. The room was spotless and I had everything needed for cooking/baking. The GYM is also at the Hilton hotel next door and can be used for free. I would just wishes for a brochure to get more information about the location/hotel/directions. Other then that 5/5 ✨
