The staff was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. It was in a convenient location with a great view of the lake. There were two rooms of guests who were rude/loud and since it's a bit of an older property I think we heard more than we should have. The staff helped take care of it though!

We LOVED our stay here. It was quite a bit cheaper than most other accommodations in queenstown- which made me a little worried. But it was amazing. The host woman let us check in early and was SO friendly. She really put a smile on our faces. The room was really clean. Comfy bed, fluffy duvets, and soft pillows. Also new carpet which makes it feel so much cleaner and luxurious. Location was great, a 15 minute walk from downtown and a bus stop right outside the hotel. We didn’t splurge for a lake view room and that’s our only regret. The view would have been incredible no doubt.

The location is good. The issue was the windows were open when we checked in (likely due to there was no air conditioning and temperature was high); mosquitos got into the room and bit us multiple times.
