Fabulous place in a fantastic little historic town. Reception was very welcoming, the whole place is a gem. Felt very relaxed there and thoroughly enjoyed Settlers and Arrowtown.

From the moment we arrived Jayne made us feel welcome - she has the perfect personality for this industry - bubbly, knowledgeable and super accommodating with lots of great advice about local activities especially cycling trails . Location, location!!! The rooms are a cottage and very cosy. They are not big so storing suitcases out of the way is tricky. Easy stroll to the main shopping strip. The accessible walks/hikes from Settlers is insanely exciting. Thank you Karl for your kind hospitality!!!

We had a lovely time at Settlers Cottage Motel which was so handy for all of Arrowtown (a hidden gem of natural beauty with wonderful shops, restaurants and trails.) Carl and Jane were great hosts and were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
