"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available.
They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready
When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.

"We were massively impressed with this resort. The apartment was so much better than we had anticipated. It was spacious and immaculately clean. It also had lots of amenities that we hadn’t expected - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board etc. There were also 2 x sofas, and dining tables inside and on the balcony. We didn’t want for anything. (It even had sky sports!) The apartment was cleaned every day which was lovely. The breakfast was included in our holiday price and was eaten at the ‘Sena’ restaurant which was on the complex and the food and choice was incredible. We also booked an evening meal there which was delicious!
Further added bonuses were the under cover heated pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna, plus a little gym. Honestly. Nothing to fault. Our friends have now booked for next year and we are looking to book again too… "
