Love this hotel. Charming, small, great location walking up to Old Town. Had dinner in their restaurant and meal delicious. Also breakfast is included and they will make whatever you’d like.

This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.

The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had probably the only room with only a partial sea view. Half of the view was the restaurant. Breakfast was very good - you order from a menu rather than having a buffet. Weather depending, you could sit poolside or in the restaurant. The only drawback was that the A/C was set so it could not be lower than 21°C/70°F. For many that would be fine. For us it was uncomfortable and made it hard...

Very good hotel with excellent staff

This was an excellent place to stay in Opatija, right on the water with easy access to swim in the sea, but also with an indoor pool (opening glass ceiling for nice weather) for gloomy days. Easy access to walking through town and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods, very service oriented staff along with a prosecco greeting at check in. Rooms we updated and clean. Can't recommend enough.

I finished up a wonderful stay and wanted to express how nice the staff was!! From Hana and Rachel at the front desk to Adrian who was in charge of cleaning my room. They always asked if I needed anything to make my stay as inviting as possible. The views from my room to the Adriatic beach front chairs were absolutely stunning. Hana made restaurant reservation for us at Ružmarin which was excellent by the way. The restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were on top of their game, as well. ...

A wonderful stay in one of Opatija’s most charming historic villas. The Belle Époque architecture gives the hotel a unique elegance, and its location next to St. Jacob’s Church and park, just steps from the Lungomare, is simply perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The staff was amazing! Always so kind and helpful and welcoming! Our room was so charming and very clean. Besides an amazing staff, the standout for me was the breakfast. Sooo many choices and all of them delicious! Thank you! I will be back!

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Excellent location, the hotel provides one of the best breakfast we had in Europe - champagne also included - with a huge variety that satisfies everyone.
