"I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner in August. The location is perfect for travellers to Budapest with the front door located only a 20 second walk from the Metro station (3 stops into the centre of Budapest). This made travelling around the city very convenient. The front of the accommodation block is very unassuming, however once you enter you find yourself in an open-air courtyard surrounded by rooms on 3 sides, covering 5 floors. It was a very classy layout with the option of stairs or a lift to the upper floors. Staff are contactable on WhatsApp and were very helpful in arranging an iron and ironing board to be left in our room. The room itself was very clean and spacious with air-con, a TV and a fridge. The hotel staff also leave umbrellas in the wardrobe for you to take out in the event it rains. If I were to come back to Budapest in the future I would definitely consider returning to Marbles Residence."

"Safe and quiet and accessible area from and to the airport and to the main attractions… super close to the Danube river. Staff were friendly and helpful and well spoken and multilingual with english and Hungarian at least (may be more)! Room was spacious and super modern and nice style and the bed was comfy. The lobby and the bar are cool and the water cooler in the lobby is a great idea and save lots of back and forth time to the rather close conveniently 24/7 convenient store Mona! :). It was great stay and i will definitely choose Charm hotel again every-time i visit lovely Budapest"

"The Hotel cleaning staff, and Guest services were very helpful, and responsive. The pillows were not very fluffy; they could use better quality pillows. Also, the carpet in the room could use a good carpet cleaning. The street view from our room was beautiful. Location was great, close to all City attractions and amenities."

"Our room was large and comfortable with a loft allowing for 2 separate sleeping spaces. Unfortunately, the full bedroom is upstairs making it a little challenging for older people at night. The staff was helpful with the check in and parking (for a fee) and the hotel is well located to the sites. We all enjoyed the breakfast which has an interesting urban garden view. We did not try the 'gym' which is a garden suite in the rear yard. It looked modern but small."
