"I had two rooms, one for me, one for my elderly parents. They are clean but dated. One of the rooms was really tiny- make sure you book the larger options, as the price difference is small. The AC wasn't working at all in the smaller room, but the front desk addressed it quickly. It took a few hours to cool down, which was a bit inconvenient for the 70+ folks. "Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful.
Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...
