“Besides beautiful location and very elegant resort, receptionist, Gabriela, was very responsive to our requests and made the necessary accommodations right away.”

“The hotel has a wonderful location, and this was the main reason we chose to stay here. We were also attracted by the advertised spa facilities. Unfortunately, after just one night, the spa stopped operating, and nobody informed us in advance. We had booked and paid for a six-night stay, so this was extremely disappointing and completely changed our experience. The receptionist did not speak English very well and was unable to explain the situation properly or provide clear information. I...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Stay – The Best Apartment I’ve Ever Stayed In! My stay at Aerogrey Apartments in Tunari was 100% perfect! Honestly, this has been the best place I have ever stayed in my life so far. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The location is fantastic, situated in a lovely, peaceful and quiet area of Tunari, just around a two-minute drive from the airport. There is a food court downstairs, with local...

The unit is as shown, slightly tired - outdoor furniture was broken, but useable if careful. The internet is not very quick, so just be aware if you need to work online while staying. Host was very helpful and answered our questions even though "after hours" auto reply said support hours were 9AM to 7PM when we messaged after 7pm. The host...

“Difficult to find whilst driving, but once found (corner of shopping precinct), clean and tidy and helpful staff”

“The staff were friendly and helpful....but this definitely wasn't a sound proof room the local backyard dogs barked all night long. The ac didn't work so the room was sweltering and opening the patio door for fresh air was a bad idea with the mosquitos.”

“아침식사를 신청했는데 도착후 취소가 되어있어서 불편함을 격었다 직원의 친절도와 모든것은 참 좋았다”

“This place was convenient for where we wanted to be near. It would be helpful to add bus stop place names on the information to advise those using public transport on how to get to the destination. There is a bus stop opposite to get off at, and the closest one was along to the right as you exit the hotel, and walk up to the main road. You just need to cross over and head left to the flower shop. Use the app as this was helpful and a bus card for 72 hours was about £3.60. There is a supermarket...
