Out of season stay for work in October , staff very friendly and helpful and rooms clean. No tea or coffee facilities in room . Disappointed pool was closed as that was the reason for booking. Breakfast minimal and noisey and dinner was cold. Probably great in the summer but would get an appartment next time

MARINA DI RAGUSA STAY

LOVELY STAY, MAIN DOWNSIDE WAS FOOD AT THE EVENING BUFFET THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED HOT WAS NOT KEPT HOT AT ALL, FOR EXAMPLE POTATO CROQUETTES AND FRIED POTATOES. NO CHOICE OF MEAT FOR MEAT EATERS, PORK OR NOTHING UNLESS YOU ASKED SPECIFICALLY. FISH LOVERS AND VEGETARIANS WELL CATERED FOR.

Viaggio relax

Hotel fronte mare con sdraio e ombrellone incluso abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione con cena a buffet con molta scelta dai tanti antipasti ai 2 primi 2 secondi frutta e dolce ,molto pulito e il personale gentilissimo e dolcissimo dalla reception al ristorante , questa è la seconda volta che ci andiamo e torneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo .Consigliato sicuramente.

Hotel fronte mare parcheggio su strada tutto pulitissimo e profumato colazione con croissant e varie marmellate più torte casalinghe c è anche del salato in più la sera si può cenare con antipasti a buffet più 2 promi e 2 secondi frutta mista e dolcetto Ritornerò sicuramente

A Week in late April.

Stopped here while visiting relatives in the marina a nice clean friendly hotel close to the beach about a 15 min walk from town rooms fairly large with adequate toilet and shower be aware if staying here early in the year ie April most ameanities not available.The rooms would benefit by having tea/coffee making facilities.(you can noy buy a hot cup of coffee anywhere in Marina di Ragussa.

mi dispiace ma sul sito non ci sono specificate: piscina funzionante solo dal 2 maggio piscina non nell'hotel ma presso il villaggio spiaggia attrezzata??? dove?? fronte mare c'e' una specie di spiaggia piena di arbusti e scarafaggi..la loro spiaggia recintata inagibile. ad ogni domanda ci siamo sentiti rispondere che il periodo 25/04-30/04/18 non e' ancora stagione ...etc...e bla bla.... bhe' bastava dirlo prima ed avremmo scelto altro albergo. Ringraziamo i ragazzi della cucina sempre molto disponibili. il parcheggio e' fuori sulla strada, che in luglio ed agosto vorrei proprio vedere se si trovano posti. sul sito va' precisato tutto, anche che le camere al piano terra vicinissime alla Hall sembrano essere alla stazione centrale di milano e senza porte.. non c'e' un frigorifero in camera in cui tenere una bottiglia d'acqua. non penso che lo consiglierei se non per essere comunque fuori dal centro . si, un po' delusa.

Vicino al mare ma senza vista diretta dalla nostra camera. Sull Lungomare, a circa 1 km dal centro. Riciclato in ordine per acogliere turisti. Camera pulita, Personale amabili. Semplice e gradevole. Prima collazione in Bar acanto accetabili. Personale dal bar anche amabili.

GREAT customer service

The customer service here was completely above and beyond. Only a couple of them speak english, but everyone was obviously eager to help us and tell us where to shop, eat and tour. The employees were so friendly and helpful, it was just a lovely experience at this hotel and the people who work there. We would love to go back soon. The location is gorgeous - directly across the street from the Mediterranean.
