“The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. “Rawan, the staff was very kind”

“이번에도 언제나 처럼 만족스러운 스테이였습니다 ”

“Great staff”

“The hotel was very clean, the check-in process was fast and smooth, and the furniture looked new and modern. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.”

“Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. ”

“Amazing service and very nice rooms. It's kind of residency apartments and you have a kitchenet, micro wave and even has a cooktop, perfect for longer stays. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating.”

“Need maintenance for sure and cleaning ”

“Staff was amazing went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. will definitely stay there again.”

“Dining Service의 품질과 맛은 좋았지만 안내메뉴판에 있던 일식이 안된다고 하여 조금 실망했습니다. 예약시에 안내가 있으면 좋을거 같습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 침대도 편안하나 에어컨 소리가 커서 신경이 쓰일 정도 입니다. 가구나 room분위기가 약간 old한 느낌입니다.”

“The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery. Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor ”
