I secured a fantastic deal for a delightful 2-night, 3-day stay at this property, which even included breakfast. While its proximity to the city and key locations is convenient, be prepared for a serene environment, as it's tucked away in a tranquil spot without immediate access to public transport. The peace and quiet make it an ideal choice for those seeking a serene retreat. Noteworthy, the breakfast surpassed our expectations. My overall experience was one of sheer contentment and happiness during this stay. Both room service and the morning shift receptionist could benefit from some improvements. Additionally, it's worth noting that the bed provided was a small queen size, which might be a consideration for those who prefer more spacious sleeping arrangements.

Poor service.

There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology.
