"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. "Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent."
