"This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend a weekend - we only wish we could have done longer! The property was perfectly located to get to some cool areas easily (100% recommend the loon mountain gondola ride). Kids loved the pools, feeding the fish and playground - this was more than just a hotel room, it was a whole experience. We even saw a black bear walking through the creek behind our room our first night!"

"The outdoor pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. The water was cloudy, the stairs and corners were moldy - we didn’t see it being cleaned all week. At the end of the day with all of the kids in the pool , the water was murky. Bandaids and hair floating in the pool. No children were in the kiddie pool area. There were, however, plenty of clean fresh towels available."
