"Our initial room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly when we arrived so we were upgraded to a beautiful penthouse suite. The staff was welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay again. My one suggestion would be to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the 12th floor. It could’ve used some tidying up and vacuuming."
