The room was clean and seemed well maintained. Noise of the traffic nearby was extremely loud at night. Breakfast was good and the staff maintaining it was excellent. Parking was a little difficult. We returned around 10 PM and got lucky in finding a spot to park. Others were pretty much making parking out of areas that weren't really spots. For $27 a night, I shouldn't get a spot by luck. Overall though the hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast good, and very convenient with location.

Property was right across street from PNC park which was great. Parking was very limited due to construction next door. Was charged $27 a day to park the car and were told if we left to drive somewhere they wouldn’t guarantee a spot to park when got back so had to walk everywhere and not go places we wanted to see. Should let people know about parking. Other than that the property was great and staff were very friendly

I always enjoy my stay at springhill suites. The Bahamian guy at the desk is rude and has a bad attitude when you ask him questions but I love this hotel and all the other stuff. Clean rooms, good breakfast

The staff were professional and helpful. Our tv did not work the first day so a technician came in on the second day. We were not aware that room service did not come until after the second night. We had had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room the second day. We also asked for tissues and were told someone would bring it to the room. We never got any tissues. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was great. We would definitely stay there here again.
