"Nice place to stay, very pleasant and good was good"

"A perfect fit for our needs, easy access to autostrada, great restaurant selection, professional staff and spotless. "

"What a magnificent stay. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every second. Our hosts are the warmest, most interesting hosts. Beautiful people and such a charming home. Thank you so much. Highly recommend it."

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. "The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was great and we enjoyed our supper too. Great stop over for weary walkers"

"Location fantastica, in via di ulteriore miglioramento. Proprietari estremamente carini e disponibili. Piscina gradevole e tante passeggiate da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente a provare il ristorante e goderci un altro weekend in Appennino"

"Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in with host . We had the room located at the very top which was difficult to carry up heavy luggage . The room was very quiet despite bar crowd below ."

"Great property with friendly staff"

"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"Beautiful, quiet location. Easy access to Florence and Bologna."

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. But the noise in the morning!!! The cleaning lady will wake you up at 7am, tossing brooms and buckets, sooo loud, plus someone from the staff was banging a door in the next room. The noise!!!!!!"

"The owners were very nice and helpful. That’s where I’d stay if I was back in the area."

"Beautifully kept, pool was great. Rooms are spacious and nice. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner was great."

"Lovely location and pleasant host. "
