"While the room was clean, the a/c was making banging noises all night every time it turned on, was so bad I shut it off. The toilet is really low, and is a loud flush. I asked for housekeeping two days in a row, no service. I didn't call the desk, and by the 2nd day, I decided not to say anything because was leaving in the next day. Family liked the pool and hot tub. I was looking forward to staying here, but the hotel carpets need a cleaning, The staff seemed nice, but one was upset that he had to stop looking at his phone when I went to go in the door. You get a paper for breakfast, but we didn't try it, and make sure you have a paper for your car so it doesn't get towed. For the money paid, I was disappointed."

"Great hotel for the price. Only catch is water park in photos isn't part of room stay and requires separate tickets. Hotel guests don't even get access of swimming pool. Rest everything including breakfast, staff was great."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The TV in the room was huge. The neighbourhood felt safe. The ice maker was broken. The showerhead was fine as long as you’re 5’5” or shorter."

"We stayed for 2 nights and were 3 families- we used the rooms only at night for sleeping as we had a lots of activities planned for the day we were there. Checking in was easy, staff was helpful but the rooms felt very small give each family had 4 members, with much smaller rest rooms. Breakfast was Ok with limited options but kids liked the waffles and doughnuts. Overall pretty decent for the price we paid."
