“It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again.”

“The room was very outdated, had a strong stale cigarette smoke odor and the bathroom tub had black mold around the caulking. But the linens were clean and served its purpose for the night which was just to not have to drive back home in the middle of the night.”

“The staff were super friendly and helpful with our late arrival and were quick to replace the coffee pot when we couldn’t get it to work. The small cottage was perfect for the two of us. The place gave you a small town vibe that was relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.”
