โIn a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.โ
โWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerโs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. โ
โIt was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.โ
โThe property was amazing. Things I didnโt like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that โ
โThe bed was crazy comfortable! Great shower water pressure. Plenty of very good breakfast options. Handy luggage storage if you arrive early. Thank you to Soonja for the excellent front desk service during our entire stay!! โ
โWe had a great experience and stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and able to assist with any question or concern we had. The rooms were clean, large, and fresh. We appreciate the upgrade we were able to obtain. The hotel was walking distance from the train, target, and other shops. Our 3 year old enjoyed the area, and we would definitely stay again. โ
โI liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. โ
โMy daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.โ
โPerfect stay location for watching Angels baseball game. Just a quick 10 minute walk to the ballpark. Nice clean big rooms, with free parking and free breakfast. โ
