โThis is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. โ

โVery welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful location (although quite a way off the main road), buildings and restaurant. Fabulous food at dinner and breakfast, very pleasant period feel to the bedroom. Temples at Selinunte an absolute must to visitโ
โLovingly restored old villa hotel with sparkling clean and new modern finishes. Carmelo and Silvio are brothers who are passionate about their property and its history. Our room was large and had views of the old church next door and across the rooftops to the sea. We had access to two terraces with seating, one sunny and one shady. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh choices and local specialties. We were given a tour of the ancient rooms in the basement and also the lovely herb garden...
โVรฆrelset og morgenmaden var bedre end man forventer i et B&B. Ligger i et stille kvarter, tรฆt pรฅ centrum, det hele virker meget autentisk med et lokalt prรฆg. Restauranten i samme ejendom er fremragende. โ
โLetโs begin by saying how beautiful this hotel is. You are literally close to everything. Second the staff is probably the best you will find at any Hotel. The level of comfort is second to none. If your from another planet you will feel at home there. Breakfast was excellent.โ

If I were to make a suggestion, it is to put some kind of water fountain outside hotel with recirculated water, to rinse off the sand from the beautiful beach below.
