"What a lovely older property. Our rooms had the ocean view and we traveled with our dog. Very comfortable room. Be mindful that the fridge is only a cube fridge. We had to get creative with stuff we had in our cooler when we bought some cheesecake. This is our second year visiting Bar Harbor and our first at the resort. I would certainly recommend it."

"Quite enjoyed our stay here during our days visiting Acadia. The staff are attentive and the rooms are well appointed. Made to order breakfast was a very nice touch with a rotating menu. My one suggestion would be to have maintenance look through the rooms to repair minor things. For example, our toilet roll holder was loose and the room could use some paint in several places. This would really earn the 5th star I desginated."

"We greatly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Check-in was a breeze with some helpful recommendations from Rachel. We enjoyed breakfast on our sunny balcony and the thoughtful “treats” throughout the day including brownies, lemonade, bananas…Location was very convenient for us to walk around town. Cleaning of our room (between nights) was also great and much appreciated!"

"The room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. There is an indoor and outdoor pool- staff was incredibly friendly. Cute gift shop. They have a restaurant on the property for breakfast only and it was excellent. there is a bar with VERY limited bar appetizers- people did order door dash by the pool for lunch. It would be great if they offered sandwiches or bar food...."
