Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Perla in Rogoznica war leider von zahlreichen Mängeln geprägt. Für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
Unsere Kritikpunkte:
* Sauberkeit: Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Die entsprechenden Fotos dokumentieren den Zustand.
* Bett: Das uns angebotene Notbett wurde als „Queensize-Bett“ bezeichnet. Für uns war es eindeutig kein angemessenes Bett für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt entspricht auch nicht den Fotos auf der...
“Hotel staff was okay, but sounded annoyed when a problem needed to be addressed. Lamp was loose and defective and hot tub was defective. No bubbles barely came from the jets and water was lukewarm. Food was limited for the upcharge variety was lacking. No decaf on hand. Had to keep asking every day and then got a decaf espresso super sweet every day. 😢. Took a while to get attention of staff as they were not attentive enough. A good location but no view at the building across the street....
“The hotel room had a fantastic view overlooking the sea and an orange roof top church. There was a seashore that the people could swim in the sea. It had nice rooms decorated with white and purple colored fabrics. We worried about that if there was no elevator, we might carry the heavy luggages over the stairs, but the hotel had an elevator. The restaurant served a nice foods. I wish I would stay in this beautiful hotel again for a long vacation.”
