"The staff at check in was snarky with me, made it seem like they were doing favours but actually made life difficult. The fitted sheets on the bed were literally worn through and had holes in them. The tap on the tub was so finicky and very difficult to pull up so the water came out of the shower head. There were private swim lessons happening in the pool during hotel guest hours, which made it difficult for my kids to swim without disrupting the lessons, which took up most of the pool.
