“시설 깨끗하고 괜찮습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들의 서비스가 너무 좋았어요. 이스라엘에서 한달정도 머무르면서 사람들이 친절하다고 느낀 적이 별로 없는데. 친절한 사람은 모두 이 호텔에 있는것 같네요 ㅎㅎ. 강추 !!”

“Our whole experience at Yam Suf was incredible. Staff were attentive and nothing was a problem. We had a slight problem with the People next to us, which was handled incredibly and with discretion by Goldi one of the managers. I cannot speak highly enough about this Hotel and I’m delighted that we stayed here . Will definitely be coming back.”

“Quarto bem confortável. Ficamos apenas uma estadia! Localidade boa, perto da estação central de ônibus. Tem restaurantes pela região também. Bom custo benefício. ”

“The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, pool is standard size. The staff was helpful providing extra towels and blankets as needed. The hotel has no parking lot. Street parking is available but it’s hard to find and costly”

“When traveling to Eilat, we always stay at this location. The rooms are clean, kitchen a plus for us, and nice to eat breakfast outside on the balcony. The bakery downstairs is delicious!”

“Clean toom, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, big pool, family friendly.”

Customer service was excellent, A few things to keep in mind for future travelers that may be of assistance, if you are driving, there is no free parking at the front of the hostel. The hostel is located 3 stories high with no lift so keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. There seems to be a club of some sort near by or at the lower level. Loud music is played after midnight till around 6am...

“Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors...
